Alex began performing at age 5 as her mother’s party trick, bursting into song and dance whenever she was asked. She started performing in actual productions at age 10 and fell even more in love with the spotlight. She moved to New York in the fall of 2011 to attend Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. She trained at the Atlantic Acting School through NYU, where she spent three years studying practical aesthetics as well as the Suzuki and Viewpoints movement styles. She has also studied film acting and voiceover with several renowned industry professionals.
Since moving to New York, Alex has performed off-Broadway, become a superhero, forayed into directing, and embraced her natural curly hair. Of all of her achievements, learning to love her curls is probably the one she’s the most proud of.
When she’s not acting, Alex can be found reading, re-watching her favorite TV shows, and trying to cook.
